Professional Fighter

For those who come to prepare for competition or those who actually want to fight in Thailand, you will train just as Thai professional fighters.

Every session contains: 

  • running (before the regular training time) 
  • muscle stretching
  • rope skipping
  • shadowboxing
  • punching bag
  • kick pads/sand bag
  • light sparring
  • clinching
  • fighting skill with trainer
  • weight lifting
  • push ups/sit ups
  • cool down and muscle stretching
